Fantastic shots of magic!!!

I’ve been using these turmeric shots for a few months now and my rheumatoid arthritis flares have lowered significantly, and the fact they taste so good is a massive bonus!!

Does what it says on the tin ..

I had been taking tumeric capsules and feeling some benefit, not such painful knees.

Since using The Tumeric Co. Shots I have found that I no longer need painkillers for my knees and I feel better and fresher after games and training

holistic approach.

As a regular 10k+ runner I believe it is important to fuel-up pre run to maintain that fast past and long distance. In addition to having a nutritious diet to aid muscle repair and recovery.

I have recently incorporated The Turmeric Co mix box shots into my into my daily pre-run fuel and recovery routine (in particular the beetroot shots) and WOWEE!!! The positive difference it’s made to my recovery rate, immune and digestive system and hydration levels is simply mind blowing. Everyday I am running stronger, longer and feeling fitter because of the anti-inflammatory properties the shots have to offer. There are many beetroot shot brands out there but The Turmeric Co has my vote.

What I personally love about the shots is how fully packed one small 60ml shot is;
